We explored many themes, but District from Style Hatch immediately stood out: professional, feature rich, and incredibly easy to customize. When we had questions, Jonathan responded quickly and was exceptionally patient. Outstanding support and a product we truly love. We will definitely consider this theme for future stores.

So, firstly the theme itself is perfect. It looks sleek & allows enough personalisation to fit our brand perfectly.
Secondly the customer service is incredible! We've had problems with 3rd party apps allowing bugs on our site causing all sorts of chaos. Jonathan & the team have gone beyond great service to work out these problems even though they have nothing to do with the theme itself.

I've been using this theme for about four years now and have found it performs exceptionally well. While I have rarely encountered any issues, when I have, Style Hatch has been responsive with not just generic responses, but thoughtful and helpful ones that have genuinely assisted me in resolving any minor corrections.

Have been using District theme for around 18 months. Was able to update from previous theme very easily. Works really well for our products and a lot of flexibility. Very rarely have any issues and when I do support is prompt and helpful. 100% recommend.

Fantastic support! Jonathan went out of his way to help us figure out a problem with our site, which turned out not to do anything with the District Theme, and one that Shopify Support had quickly dismissed and not offered much assistance with. They helped us restore our site and went above & beyond.

Exceptional customer service; truly above and beyond. Always responsive and ready to support. I am far from a coder or a backend developer, but I know I can work confidently developing the store, the team will always be there to support me and help solve whatever problems come my way.

It is user friendly for the most part and on the occasion we do need to change or fix anything we reach out to their help department. That is the best part about the theme for us, as we are not web developers sometimes things can be difficult to navigate. Their help team has always been very useful and efficient, very professional and friendly! :)

My website is stuck, greyed out and can't click any pages, I contacted their support department, they didn't admit it was their problem at first, said it was caused by other external apps. Let me contact the shopify support department, the two departments shirk each other's responsibilities, wasting my time for 2 days, nothing was solved, then I contacted other technical experts, and it was solved

Very user-friendly theme, with amazing customer support!
